The sun was setting as we left the Lake Trail at the park this evening. We would have stayed until the sky was more ablaze but we were afraid they would lock the gate and we would not be able to get our car out. Many trees are still loaded with colorful leaves, but there are many already down too. It was like summer here today. 90% chance of rain tomorrow.

We are still getting cold wind off this cold front two days later but they are predicting spring like weather by Tuesday.

After the hike; the leaves were really coming down yesterday. we tried a new park and we loved it. Jocko is our Mountain Cur.

It rained last night and we have 10 mile/hr winds today. That should bring down a great majority of the leaves.
