These are the first of many photos, of the Red Rock Folk Festival, that I will be adding to my Flickr Site...Who to start with? Well I will pick Ian, because he has been with the Red Rock Folk Festival since the begining. When his song, "Woodsmoke and Oranges" opens the festival, everyone now knows most of the words, and lift their voices.
He is such a prolific songwriter, there are too many favourite songs, to mention, and the lyrics nestle into familiar places we all like to call home. It was great to have his music, and his sense of humour with us this summer.
