Hard to beliebe, but this image here was made only one minute walk from a public car park. While everyone just passed this beautiful spot, I had to stop and admire this little paradise. Beauty is everywhere. You only need an open soul to find and to see the beauty.

Of course I had to return to this wonderful forest high up in the mountains near the tree line. It’s my second year that I visit this amazing place. And it’s really wonderful that there are still such marvelous and for photographers unknown forest places in Switzerland. For sure a place to protect and like last year I was amazed about the beauty and about the amount of spots. This year I made only two shots and this one here is one of them!

You have no idea what I had to do to reach this place to capture this wonderful area here in Asturias (Spain). For hours I wandered in the woods of this wonderful forest until I finally … well, to be honest no, I’m just kidding (lol). Not 30 seconds from here, we parked our car. We were on our way to the beach, as suddenly I saw this place on our route. I was so surprised to see this. I had to come back … that was obvious. And days later, when the evening light was more suitable for such a place, I came back. I was wearing only flip-flops and not the usual mountain boots. That was so cool and so easy and comfortable to get at such beautiful place :-)

It has become a tradition to photograph this field every year. Since it is only a few minutes away from my house, I visited this place a few weeks ago. Personally, I find it pretty cool, because every year I can try a new composition and look if it works and I hope you like this one here.

Do you remember my shot from a fairy tale forest some weeks ago? Well, this one here is another image from that super cool forest. It was like being in an exotic and unknown place and the best was that I never saw shots from this place in the social media. Here I decided to go with a vertical one focus stacking shot to have everything sharp from front to back. While I was standing in shadow the upper part of the image was illuminated by the light from the sunrise what was really cool to see and to enjoy … and it was exactly this situation which motivated me to make an image.
