I came upon this pair on my morning outing totally unexpected.
My attention was on a moose I had noticed trotting away behind the willows. Making my way to the open I spotted this pair actually looking in the same direction the moose had gone. They gave me some nice time to get shots. A good start for 2020.

Approaching Coyote.

Keep on coming, just keep on coming, was my thought.
Sitting in one of my wildlife observation spots I noticed this coyote working its way slowly through the grasses, coming towards me. With the light breeze in my favour I could squeeze off several shots before the coyote became suspicious of the shutter sound, slowly turned around and disappeared the same way as it came.
