This is me, bored on a sunday, thinking about the upcoming move, deciding that I'll want to take pictures of The Wall before I go, then deciding I'll only take pix of The Wall with people in front, then deciding I better test that out, realizing I'm alone in the house, getting impatient, and doing it my by my own damn self.

Apparently I take requests now. Olive(i'm assuming it's olive, if it's rose, then insert Rose wherever you see Olive), you wanted it, you got it. These are hot off the presses, taken not twenty minutes ago. Now you owe me one.

I see myself in the mirror everyday. And yes, quite a handsome fellow. But self portraits? I'm the least interesting face I know, if for no other reason than that it contains no mystery. I like to take photos of people I've never met, or capture some aspect of those I already know. My face has nothing left to show me. So this is not for me.

Also, I'll tell ya, it's hard to scan three polaroids at a time, it's like herding goddamn cats.

Welcome to my new feature: Self-Absorbed Saturday. Not quite as cool a title as Way Way Back Machine Weekend, but gimme a break. I worked all night thinking of this title.

This is me taken by my new polaroid 240 land camera, bought primarily for its two close-up lenses. which apparently, according to my girlfriend, make my face look fat.

So now i can add to my collection a "you should lose weight" camera.

Great, now i've got a camera that's just like my mom.
