I look at this photo and I feel that wind on her face.
If I can get you to feel it, oof, that would be an excellent picture. Thinking of that got me thinking about what makes an excellent picture. An Effective picture. The answer: being able to transmit, get you to embrace a memory of wind, triggered by this here image.
If I could transmit the feeling of that entire shoot, of meeting someone for the first time, of our slowly becoming more comfortable with each other, getting on the same wavelength, connecting over trying to make interesting art, well...that there would be a masterpiece.
But my aims are far more modest, so let's just see if I can get people to remember some wind.
