Storm Jocelyn will bring wind gusts up to 80mph again tonight in Scotland. Just over a day since Storm Isha brought wind gusts in excess of 99mph. Since we started naming winter storms between The UK, Ireland and The Netherlands, this is the first time we have reached 10 named storms and all in just 5 months (we start the storm season naming in September). There are associated flood risks too with heavy rain expected to fall on already saturated ground. This is the new normal thanks to our continued reliance on fossil fuels. It just gets more extreme and damaging from here on out. Stay safe everyone.
