It almost felt like geological eras separated these two cars on the streets of Glasgow. Seeing the lumbering old Lincoln Continental coming down the road was reason enough to capture a shot. I grew up with cars of that era on the streets and as dreadfully gas-guzzling as they were, at least they all had character.

A composite image from the streets of Glasgow, Scotland.
I captured three successive shots of this flock zipping right over my head in the city and decided to make a composite but moving some of the birds into one single image - though surprisingly few were added to this in the end. Boosted blues for some fun, which look fine on my calibrated monitor but are a bit oversaturated on my phone screen, and voila! I have been overflown by birds countless times in the city over the years and this was the first time that I ever got dropped on... some call it a sign of luck right?
I might be offline for a bit if I can't transfer a few pending image uploads onto another drive before this PC starts to overheat again. Computer will be off to the doctors soon and I'll be reduced to a really dated laptop for the time being.

While out on an exercise walk with my camera, naturally, I had a split second to capture this confident fluffy ginger and white chappie crossing the path. I have seen him around quite a distance from here confidently patrolling his large territory. Shame this is such a tight crop and he didn't cross when I was closer to him, he is quite the magnificent cat. Enjoy!
