One of my all favorite areas in the American Southwest is around Page and Kanab. I travelled uncountable times through this area for the last 14 years and there is still so much to discover! On my last trip I got for the first time to the lofty heights of the Paria Overview. It took me eight stitched vertical frames (original file 18K x 7.5K pixels) to be able to take the entire landscape with Colorado coming out of the Horseshoe Bend canyon, opening to Lee’s Ferry, being joined by the Paria River (coming from the right) to finally combined enter Marble Canyon and disappear in the far where Grand Canyon is located.
I really recommend to amplify this image to is max as there are a multitude of details all the way through!
