Mount Orville (L) and Mount Wilber (R). Both of these peaks are over 10,000-feet. This photo was taken from sea level, so you are seeing nearly a two-mile elevation difference.

Wilber is unclimbed. Orville has had one party successfully summit, only to succumb to an avalanche on decent. The Fairweather range gets a tremendous amount of snow, and this is an unusual fair-weather photo.

Another black and white produced from a single exposure remapped in Photomatix. So far, this really works well for black and white photos.
