24th (or rather early hours of 25th) January 2020 at the Drygate Brewery, Glasgow.

Late Night Sessions, Celtic Connections Festival, www.celticconnections.com/.

Country: Britain - Scotland. Style: Traditional Scottish Folk.

Lineup: John Somerville (piano accordion), Adam Sutherland (fiddle), Innes Watson (g/v).

I saw these three musiicians twice at the festival: here and as special guests at Celtic Connections on Campus. All three are members of the Treacherous Orchestra, and have been part of Croft No. 5 (though not all at the same time). They said they would be forming a group and calling themselves Loch Ness Radio. There could be problems with thiis as there is already a US band of this name with a website and facebook page. The name was chosen as two of the band are from near Loch Ness (John Somerville from Abriachan on the north shore and Adam Sutherland from Errogie on the south shore), though the third member Innes Watson was born in Glasgow and grew up in the Borders. I have photographed the three of them in other lineups: www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/johnsomerville,-lo..., www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/adamsutherland,-lo..., www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/inneswatson,-lochn....
