Boo Hewerdine grew up in Cambridgeshire and lived in Ely until recently before moving to Glasgow. 1999 was the last time I saw him as a solo performer, though since then I have seen him accompaning Eddi Reader and Heidi Talbot. Gustaf Ljunggren was born in Stockholm and has lived in Copenhagen since 1996. Ljunggren was the sole additional musician on Hewerdine's most recent album "Before". He is a multi-instrumentalist, though this short set only enabled him to play a couple of different ones.
