20th September 2019 at St Marylebone Parish Church, London NW1.

Part of Music Network Tour, organised by IMDL (Irish Music and Dance in London).

Country: Ireland. Style: Irish Traditional Folk.

Lineup: Tara Breen (fiddle/alto sax), Laoise Kelly (harp/glockenspiel), Josephine Marsh (button accordion/mandolin/fiddle/whistle), Nell Ni Chroinin (v/whistle).

These musicians had been brought together by the music touring and development organisation the Music Network, and this was the first time that one of their tours had ventured outside Ireland. They were Tara Breen (from Ruan, Co. Clare), Laoise Kelly (from Westport, Co. Mayo), Josephine Marsh (from Broadford in East Clare though born in London where she lived until she was four) and Nell Ni Chroinin (from Béal Átha an Ghaorthaidh in the Múscraí Gaeltacht in Co. Cork). Breen was the All-Ireland Fiddle Champion in 2011. Of the four I have taken photos before of Kelly (www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/laoisekelly,-tarab...) and Ni Chroinin (www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/nellnichroinin,-ta...
