Geza Frank and Jean Damei both studied for an M.A. in Irish Traditional Music Performance at the University of Limerick. They perform as a duo (though more usually with others added) under the name Event Horizon. Fourth Moon first came into being at the Willie Clancy Festival in Miltown Malbay in 2013. The other two original members were Jean-Christophe Morel (violin) and Mohsen Amini (concertina). They have been replaced by David Lombardi and Andrew Waite. I took photos of these two with Dallahan at the Late Night Sessions two nights before this Festival Club appearance.
