When I started planning the trip to N.S. was researching and viewing google maps for places to stay there in Cape Breton ... wanted a nice remote bed & breakfast with access to the park, but outside the park as well. The location chosen was White Point ... with immediate access from the B&B to the trail out to White Point ... a lovely section there sticking out over the ocean providing dramatic views that were not full of crowds. Spent three lovely evenings here, and nights as well shooting the stars and meteors. A great place to get away from it all, but with still access to some great local restaurants and parks. Needless to say, wore out the shutter button here ;)
