This little Owl climbs up this post and screeches until one of the parents feeds it . The parent lands on the grass a distance away and the youngster flies down to get fed , little one then runs back to the post and it all starts again

On the island in front of firth hide stood four Little Egrets a little to on side a fifth bird tried to approach only to be chased off several times by this one possibly protecting his feeding ground and his females . The other three Egrets took no notice at all as this went on . The morning sun is right in your eyes from this hide and this was the best I could take .
