Women with her great-grandchild. She is belonging to the Co To (CoToo and / or CoTu) minority in Vietnam. The Co Tu are one of 54 differnet ethnic groups in this country. I met her in the frontier area to Laos, Quang Nam Province. In spite of all the trouble she was faced to, like the forced displacement of their people during the American war, it seems, that she really trusts into future. Children are future!
