Finally some Kajo lovin' again, it's been a long time.
Going through 6k of photos of my trip to Europe and am starting with something familiar. Well for some I hope. This is Times Square, where 7th AVE meets Broadway :)

Grand Central is truly spectacular. The buzz of thousands of people rushing by in the late afternoon is unbelievable.
This one has been taken with my beloved Panasonic LX-3.
Only processed in Camera Raw, I did not crop this image. Used my gorillapod on a rail to get the little sucker steady.

Processing:
Added some glamour glow (Nik Color Efex 3.0) to the shop, desaturated it, used a curve adjustment layer to pronounce the thin glass bars and added a blue tint to it.

It took me about an hour of waiting to have 4 cabs lined up in each lane.
This one lined up almost perfectly and I was quite happy with that one.
I wanted to print this one and frame it to put up in my home. However I am not sure about the golden arches (I watched supersize me just recently :) and may try to clone them out before I put it up anywhere.
Oh well... talk about subtle advertising :)

Simple desaturation and painting back the symbolic yellow cabs via layer-masking. Easy.
