Another view of the Omega Chronograph "Giro Di Sicilia Targa Florio". It was named for the "Giro Di Sicilia Targa Florio".
The Targa Florio was the worlds oldest sports car racing event and was an open road/endurance race held in the mountains near Palermo, Sicily.
In 1999, Omega issued 1,973 of this limited-edition version of the Omega Dynamic Series III chronograph in tribute to the last "Targa Florio" held in 1973.
