Golden Hour at Thor's Well at Cape Perpetua in Oregon, a collapsed sea cave that appears as a gaping hole in the rocky shoreline, is quite spectacular if you time it right.. Standing at Thor's Well in Oregon was a very memorable experience. Not only because it was an amazing sunset with lots of colour, but more so because of the crashing waves. They were landing right in front of my feet and I can still feel the splashes landing on my face. I spent this magic 30 minutes with a fellow photographer holding on to our tripods so that they would not get washed away. I hope I managed to translate the excitement of the moment into a nice image. |
