One of the words I like the most is "balance". It seems to me that having a good balance, in all areas of life, is fundamental to being happy and having a state of well-being.

However, achieving that balance is not easy and will often mean having to question our ideas or thoughts.
In order to enjoy life, you have to take care of yourself. You cannot achieve spiritual balance if you are not at peace with yourself, it is necessary for the body to take care of itself in order for the mind to be healthy, so I say take care of yourself! Who can do this better than you?

Although in this picture you can see a climb perfectly... up there is the top, reach it!
