I tend to prefer views of Mt. Adams that are further away, but I really enjoyed this small meadow area. I didn't get any epic color at sunset, but I enjoyed the yellow light that the moon gave off as it rose from behind the mountain. It was a very peaceful moment sitting here as the mosquitoes settled down and frogs started to sing.
