20190102_2419_1D3-400 Magpie feeding young (002/365)
Gymnorhina tibicen/Cracticus tibicen. One of our two semi-tame Magpies (right) feeding one of the young high up in our walnut tree, with some minced meat.
Initially one adult came for some food back in mid-November. Three weeks ago the second parent came too and just the other day both young ones came too. But they live across the river in the Bexley Red Zone.
They are coming about five times per day at present.

Gymnorihna tibicen/Cracticus tibicen. The more timid of the two adult Australian Magpies that come and visit several times a day, normally in the morning before 9am and then after 4pm. Recently the two young have also come but keep a lot further away, sitting in nearby trees. The other adult I can get to about 500mm from.
