The lounge on a overcast/rainy day. Playing around with an old Asahi Takumar screw mount (M42) 17mm fisheye on the Canon 1D (Mk III) body via an adaptor ring.

This was about six weeks before the devastating Christchurch earthquake, then ended up with this house being sold at current rates value to the government, due to land damage and the whole area being deemed "red zone" and unable to have houses built or repaired.
Nearly 8,000 houses are in the "red zone" and while over 1,200 have gone already (demolished. deconstructed or shifted) there is at least another year or more to clear the rest off the land.
