Model is my amazing friend Rob Woodcox.

This was taken during my trip to Detroit in July, we spent the afternoon exploring St.Agnes school and when we came to this large room with the chair in the corner, I knew that Rob and his wonderful outfit would be the perfect match for my concept.

I wish I could have spent a whole week in Detroit exploring all the amazing locations that we saw while we drove around the city.

This is my good friend Ali who I've know for about 4 years now. This summer I was so lucky to be able to spend a few days with her at her lake house in Michigan and it was such an amazing time. Being able to photograph my friends makes my heart pretty happy.

This is the first in a series that will slowly reveal itself over time :)

It's hard not to feel like you're in a Tolkien novel when you spend an afternoon in the giant trees of the west coast. Peter certainly fits the part as well.

I think that in the time span of about an hour during this last day of shooting in Vancouver, I shot 4 concepts and modeled in a few as well. It was creativity at it's finest, a group of friends, travelling together to show the world what we're made of....kind of like Tolkien novels :)

Model is the beautiful Whitney Justesen, one of the most genuine and kind people I've ever had the fortune to meet.

I've been spending some time these last few days thinking about how lucky I am to have met so many amazing friends in just the last few months, it's surreal to me at times that so much talent exists in the world and that so many of these talented people are now my friends. It's a blessed life that's for sure.

Model is the breathtaking Grace Adams, I seriously cannot get over how pretty this girl is! Grace and her husband Austin drove to Vancouver from Alaska and I feel so lucky to have had the chance to meet them and photograph them.

I stil have quite a few photos to come from my trip!

Sarah Ann Loreth's editing style was on my mind while processing this :)
