The last few days seem to have fluttered right by. Though the weather has felt a bit grey and moody, there's been lots of moments of light punctuating the hours.

I think often we look for our lives to be all light and only good all the time but it's important to remember that our lives are meant to be multi-faceted, that having a balance in our lives is ok and that if we have those down days, that they're temporary and that those moments of light will always be there to flutter and fly through and light things up again.
