The 'Molen van Frans (Mill of Frans) is a watermill in Mander (municipality Tubbergen). This overshot mill was built in 1725 as a corn and paper mill. In 1870 the family 'Frans' came in possession of the mill, which they renovated as a corn mill. Since 1963 the mill is in property of the Landscape Foundation Overijssel. This foundation has the Mill of Frans restored and the mill houses a permanent exhibition about the history of the mill and about the flora and fauna around the stream the 'Mosbeek'.
