Hahaha! I got this dollar store wolf probably six years ago for a cheap toy shoot challenge by Toy Photographers on G+. It was supposed to be a wolf but resembled a sheep as well I affectionately named it the Wolfeep. It could also be Woolf, or Woolfeep, or maybe sheolf, but I like Wolfeep. 😄👌 Very short choppy stop motion available on my Instagram.

This lake really feels out of place among all the saguaros and cactus. It’s in stark contrast to the Sonoran desert wilderness surrounding it. This little peninsula had many trails throughout from the wild donkeys that roam the area.

The I-40 bypassed many towns and small rural communities that were dependent on the traffic of Route 66 as the lifeblood of the tourism economies. It was such a cool spot to explore.

This is the Route 66 Diner in Albuquerque, NM. I’m traveling for work and I booked a room at the motel 6. Boy was that a mistake. I got there to check in about 5pm and the receptionist told me all they had was smoking rooms. I don’t smoke. She said all the non-smoking rooms she had left had no heater or tv… so I asked her for one of those. She put a key card in the magnet encoder and gave it to me. I got to the room and the card reader wouldn’t work. So I went back to the office and she “fixed” it. Still didn’t work. So she gave me another key card. This one also did not work. It happened about four times and then she came with her master key which also did not work. There were tweakers everywhere. I canceled the reservation and found a better one. Today after my conference I drove Route 66 from one side to the other of town and captured some night shots. It was fun!
