13th Annual Viking Festival held in 2016 at the Ashville Village Park in Ashville, Ohio. The festival is a trip to the 10th century to a Viking gathering called an Allthing. Vikings gathered from all over to decide legal matters, engage in trade, make plans for future engagements and journeys and to discuss all pertinent issues of the time.
This fun lady was selling jewelry and I believe she also was something like a fortune teller. Most importantly she was having fun and spreading it to anyone who stopped by her tent.

As you can see from the shot, it was raining. I was holding my umbrella in one hand and trying to shoot with the other. Unfortunately, I didn't stay around to learn the history of the different costumes.

His full costume was great and I wanted to shoot it, but like so many of these events, the background is awful so I tend to isolate what I can get W/O the cluttered background interfering.
