Taken in Buck's Automotive Service Center's front parking lot in Tucson, Arizona.
We came to a screeching halt and turned in to Buck's to get a shot of a cool old rusty Hudson Terraplane sedan he was using as a sign out by the street. It turned out to be a great find as I got this pickup truck and a beautiful old Packard that I didn't notice at first as they were parked further from the street. As I was shooting this truck, a lady came up to me and asked what I was doing and if I liked her husband's truck. Obviously, I answered "very much" which seemed to please her. She told me that she would tell her husband that someone really liked his truck and took some pictures of it which would make him proud and happy. Looks like it was a win for everyone.
Ford made pickups that looked like this from around 1943 all the way though 1947, so I can't tell what year this one is.
