The old town hall in Bamberg was built in 1386 in the middle of the Regnitz River. It is only accessible by two bridges.

Levroux is a commune to the north of Châteauroux. Its Porte de Champagne fortified gateway is the only survivor of its seven gates. Levroux is famous for its local delicacy of goats' cheese. The building in the photo is now an artist's studio.
