I always spin prayer wheels when I pass by them. According to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition based on texts regarding prayer wheels, spinning such a wheel will have much the same meritorious effect as orally reciting the prayers. I believe when climbing in the high mountains it’s good to ask for all the help you can get! 👍
