Snow has melted: Check. Skies are blue: Check. It's been raining: Check. There was a high-wind advisory today: Check. Daffodils are punching through the soil into the light: Check. Yep. Must be the beginning of spring in Kansas City.
Day 89
Of course it wouldn't be spring around here if there wasn't snow after the daffodils start blooming.
Day 91
One of the first to bloom in my yard this spring. Right by the walkway to our front door.
Day 92
Hopefully this year the tree will get to flower before being zapped by a spring cold snap.
