That's Taigh Ramey, founder of the Stockton Field Aviation Museum and proprietor of Vintage Aircraft, standing on the roof of the van. Vintage Aircraft is a shop located at Stockton Metropolitan Airport (KSCK) that specializes in all phases of restoration and support for Beech 18 and other classic aircraft.
