A four-day-old common loon chick gets a ride on its mother’s back on a lake in New Hampshire, USA.

Thanks very much for your likes and comments. This image of a parent loon and her young chick on her back was a bucket list shot of mine. It's harder to get than you might think and it's all about timing. I am very happy I got a series of these images and now, as far as my bucket list goes, it's mission accomplished!
