It made me very happy to come across this beautiful, pristine classic convertible in a parking lot near the tennis courts the other morning. A bit of sunshine waiting to be discovered/appreciated. 💛✨

I found out last minute yesterday that there was a charity car show being held in the plaza not too far from where I live. I get pretty excited about classic cars. :) I think the details on them are so amazing and beautiful! Just look at this cool tail light?! Hey, do you think this could also be called a brake light? The beautiful label art on this distilled, non-alcoholic spirits bottle inspired me to create this photo. This is the last image in my drinks series. :) I hope you like it!

So, to beat the January blues, I had two New Year’s resolutions this year:

1. yoga every day for the month of January
2. take part in the Dry January challenge

Canada’s latest alcohol consumption guidelines recommend two or less standard drinks per week. Because alcoholic beverages don’t come with a warning, a lot of people aren’t aware that even moderate alcohol consumption can cause various health problems including cancer.

Now that we’re into February, I’m technically “allowed” to have a proper drink, but now I’m not sure that I want to. Maybe I will wait for a special occasion… I hope to continue with daily home yoga as well. We’ll see how that goes. ;)
