This one made to Explore!

Taken this afternoon, and the experience was unforgettable. She built the nest on top of the gutter of the house. I was aware of of her and her nest, so I been peeking every day, and today it happened! Apparently afterward, she had the urge of cleaning the nest. I don't think the little ones understood what was going on, besides they still had their eyes closed! Unbelievable scene!

I would gladly submit my photos to the groups that would allow me to see their pages and be part of them. There is no sense in inviting somebody to a group, and then not allow that person to see or enjoy the groups photos...

I'm also very proud to say, that eleven of my photos made it to Explore. If you’d like to see them, please go to my Explore set.

Thanks for coming and for viewing my photos. I appreciate all comments, so leave one if you want to.

Have great day, and enjoy the ride!

Martha.

I've been observing and enjoying this family or robins for seven days now, and I've learned so much about them. Both parents take care of the babies, and they are particularly clean about their nest. At the beginning, they used to kind of move the babies out of the way to do so, but as they get bigger they make sure they are around when the babies have to go!

I'll be sad the day they leave, but happy and grateful at the same time, for giving me the opportunity of witness something wonderful!

I would gladly submit my photos to the groups that would allow me to see their pages and be part of them. There is no sense in inviting somebody to a group, and then not allow that person to see or enjoy the groups photos...

I'm also very proud to say, that four of my photos made it to Explore, if you’d like to see them go to my Explore set.

The mother robin stayed with them every time the rain came. The were getting so big, that even for her was difficult to cover all of them. Lovely bird :)

Since you probably don't know the story, this is the first robin that had three lovely babies on the roof of my front porch. The time came, and all left... I used to miss seeing them in the nest very much, (although I see them sometimes during the day chasing their mother, or the other way around) until another set robins decided to re-furbish and re-use the nest. If you'd like to see the future mom, please look for it with the title "Future mom and Nest". :)

MY WORK:

My line of photography has its main focus on nature, but I also do some of city life, solarisation, and abstract art.

ABOUT GROUPS:

I would gladly submit my photos to the groups that would allow me to see their pages and be part of them. Please, don’t invite me to groups that will show my work once, and by invitation. I rather be part of a group that will allow me to choose my own material, and decide what to put and when. Remember, we are artists, and very temperamental ;)

EXPLORE:

Also, I’m very proud to say that thirteen of my photos made it to Explore. If you’d like to see them, please go to my Explore set.

TO MY FRIENDS:

Flickr has giving me opportunity to meet a group of wonderful people. Thanks for making me feel so proud of what I do and love. You know who you are…

MY THANKS:

Thanks for coming and for viewing my photos. I appreciate all comments, so leave one, if you want to.

Have great day, and enjoy the ride!

Martha.
