I took this photo back in October, but I still have beautiful looking roses in the garden. It is amazing how strong enough this bush is to stand the first real cold days of the season.
I think this flower is very tolerant to almost everything, dry days, heat and a few bugs. I get exited every time I see the first rose of the season.

I know the Christmas season is on us, but I wanted to share with you some more of the last ones I took from Autumn.
I can believe December is here. Another year is almost gone. There are so many good things to remember, and still some big worries still ahead. Been busy, trying in every possible way to be healthy, and positive was for me the only way to look ahead and hope for better days.

Again, I've been trying to keep busy with my photography again, and at the same time trying to do some at home, you know what is going on these days, so I will not go there today.
It has been a while since I used a light box for my photos, so I improvised one in my kitchen, since the other one is for flowers, objects, etc., I armed my panels with baking trays and aluminum foil, and wax paper for the top of the "box". The light was provided by the microwave that is on top of the stove. Not bad, I'm happy with it.
I think these vegetables are a fine combination for a good soup, don't you think?

While I was downloading new files to my computer, I came across a file with this one. It was taken three years ago while visiting beautiful Portugal. They are so accustomed to the people, that I had the opportunity of getting really close to photograph it. Beautiful memories...

I think it was my last chance to photograph these trees before the rain, snow and winds make them fall. We had the first snow, and I'm really surprised that they still look pretty much the same.
I took this one during the evening, just a little before the sun set for the day...
