For the Daily Dog Challenge -- 9/3 "Season's End"

We went exploring this weekend. I knew there was a trail somewhere in this area near the river, but I could never find it. Then, the other day, I spotted it on the way home from work. So, this weekend, we decided to go see it for ourselves. It was like entering another world! All the regular flora of our area was nowhere to be seen. Instead, all of this jungle like, aquatic plants were rioting around the trail. I haven't been ready to face the fact that we're in September yet, so it was nice to still see a riot of green. Flattery's nose was in overdrive. I think she was as happy about our little find as I was.
