The loop trail to Sentry Peak is a moderate hike and affords great views of the east side of Antelope Island and the south arm of the Great Salt Lake. You can also go up mountain bike but watch out for rocks and ruts along the trail.

South island peaks: Molly's Nipple and Garr Knolls. You can only hike there if you register for an open access event; however, you can bike or hike to the south end of Antelope Island most of the year on the South Island Trail.

Frary Peak is the most challenging hike on Antelope Island. Plan for 5-6 hours round trip and don't forget to take plenty of water, use sunscreen, wear a hat, and use sturdy footwear.
