Juist island, Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony), Northern Germany.
A nun watering the garden in the Dünenstrasse, with her cat watching, next to the Roman Catholic church 'Zu den heiligen Schutzengeln' (To the holy Guardian Angel). The church was built on Juist island in 1909-1910.

The Strandhotel Kurhaus Juist is the largest and most luxurious hotel on the island,
located on the North Sea main beach and the Strandpromenade. It's a four stars hotel.
The Kurhaus opened in 1898 and was designed by Münster architect Johann Hermann Schatteburg.
