Glendalough (meaning "Valley of Two lakes") is a glacial valley in County Wicklow in Eastern Ireland.
The most famous of all the landmarks in Glendalough is the Round Tower which stands 33 meters above the ground. It was built almost 1000 years ago by the monks of St. Kevin’s monastery.

The place was already well known, but since The Game Of Thrones the place became immense popular and during the day busload after busload is entering the place. In the afternoon I saw more than 200 people walking here and cars were parked all over the place. Next morning at 4:30am, I had the whole place to myself.
On October 30th the road will be closed for traffic, finally.

O'Brien's Tower marks the highest point of the Cliffs of Moher, a very popular tourist destination. The tower was built on the cliffs in 1835 by local landlord and MP Sir Cornellius O'Brien as an observation tower for the Victorian tourists that frequented visit the cliffs at the time.

The Giant's Causeway is an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, the result of an ancient volcanic eruption. It is located in County Antrim on the north coast of Northern Ireland.
