Fluidr / Stir crazy by hehaden

The weather has been dreadful again today - windy and very wet - and it's left me feeling somewhat stir crazy. I desperately need some colour, so here it is. Is there a story behind this image? Does it make any sense? I doubt it, but it's definitely colourful, so it's cheered me up ... a bit. :)
