Hoping for a sunrise on Mt Rainier, we saw just the top for only minutes. But was amazing to see.

Spent a few days with Action Photo Tours at Mt Rainier National Park. Stepping out of my comfort zone from birds, etc to landscapes (sure appreciate the landscape photographer so much more). The weather didnt always cooperate, but then again it added to other scenes. But the last session was truly amazing form the top of High Rock trail as the sunset on the Mountain with clear times, swirling fog, mist and clouds was truly spectacular.

Views of Mt Rainier and surrounding area. High Rock Lookout, 3.2 mile round trip with an elevation gain of 1365ft. The lookout tower was built in 1925, now abandoned and showing signs of age and vandalism.
