Im Mai vergangenen Jahres war ich eine Woche mit Marcus Danz zum Fotografieren in Irland. Da im wir im Norden der Insel gestartet sind, gehörte dieser Spot zu den ersten, die wir anliefen. Da der Spot sehr bekannt ist, rechneten wir mit einer Vielzahl von Fotografen. Umso überraschter waren wir, dass beim Eintreffen tatsächlich kaum Menschen vor Ort waren - jedenfalls niemand vor uns auf dieser beeindruckenden Allee.
Bei diesem Bild handelt es sich um die erste Aufnahme, die ich mit relativ hoher ISO aus der Hand gemacht habe. Obwohl wir dann noch mindestens eine Stunde vor Ort waren und viele Aufnahmen auch mit Stativ gemacht haben, gefällt mir diese Perspektive von allen am besten.

Last May I spent a week photographing in Ireland with Marcus Danz. Since we started in the north of the island, this spot was one of the first we went to. Since the spot is very well known, we expected a large number of photographers. We were all the more surprised that there were actually hardly any people there when we arrived - at least no one in front of us on this impressive avenue.
This image is the first shot I took handheld at a relatively high ISO. Although we were there for at least an hour and took many photos with a tripod, I like this perspective best of all.
