Street photographer Dijon Bowden may have started as a filmmaker, but when he began the photography project titled Souls of San Francisco, he quickly knew he had found his true calling. Although pictures are his medium, Dijon primarily sees himself forging connections with people that his camera simply makes possible.

Emily Ibarra travels the world photographing free-running and parkour athletes, often at take-your-breath-away heights, whilst performing stunts that would leave most athletes in other sports weak in the knees.

Watching her boyfriend dangle dozens of stories in the air by nothing but his fingertips is just another day at the office for Emily.

The travel, risk, and community she experiences on a daily basis are a dream come true, and call her viewers, to embrace the adventure of living in the moment.

Photographer Katie Eleanor began cultivating imaginary friends and dream worlds at a young age, and rather than discarding these dreamscapes in her teen years, she took up photography as a way of bringing them to life. When Katie found herself facing mental illness in her early 20s, she drew from the well of inspiration in her work to find healing.

When her husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2012, photographer Amanda Chapman was devastated. In order to get her family’s mind off the illness, she decided to celebrate Halloween with a portrait of herself made up as a different character for each day of October. Drawing inspiration from filmmakers like Tim Burton, and shows like The Walking Dead, Amanda’s self-taught makeup skills are jaw-dropping. The series is now in its 4th year.
