This was the Indi Blogger invite and I went this evening with my blogger friend Deepak Magic Eye , he came home I was ready , almost in time ..
Now the timing was odd as today was Chand Rat eve of Eid and my presence was required at home with kids grandkids family.. but I still went though I am neither a Foodie or a Tech blogger ..I am a pure pristine street photographer , who shoots beggars poetizes their pain and a guru of two amazingly talented IndiBlogger street photographers , my grand daughters Marziya Shakir 4 year old who shoots on Canon EOS 7D and Canon EOS 60D.. she is a prolific street photographer shooting since the age of 2... and the newest street photographer Nerjis Asif Shakir 1 year old who too shoots the streets assisted by me on the Canon EOS 60D.
My wife was going to bring Marziya Shakir to the Meet for a few minutes but it was raining heavily.. well the Meet was the most enthralling experience and though I am a hardcore Blackberry user I was hooked to the Nokia App experience .. aptly demonstrated by Rajiv Makhni and supported by Masterchef Vikas Khanna .. they were just out of a Bollywood Film Award night great timing great dynamism great charisma ..
There were introductions prizes quizzes games and premium booze on the rocks exotic snacks .. I skipped the banquets and when the show came to an end thanked Renie his team it was their bg event too ..but not before bonding with Vikas Khanna we had met at the pre launch of Master Chef Indiblogger meet RK Studio.. he remembered me and this is what touches us all his humility , he is like a boy next door no airs no pretentiousness no pride ..about his iconic cult status as Numero Uno in the hotel hospitality business.
I am not much of a text warbling blogger .I dont take notes but I shoot pictures I documented the Meet over 500 pictures shot in low light and flash.
This is my humble pictorial tribute to all those members over 250 that attended the Meet .. this is all for them they made it happen.. a very disciplined cultured lot of bloggers and the youngest blogger Yash ..
Though Marziya Shakir and Nerjis Asif Shakir are also the youngest photo shooting Indi Bloggers this is my tribute to them too..
