Well, they are fairly healthy. Made with oats, unsalted butter, honey, organic dark chocolate, dried cranberries, mangoes, ginger and pistachio nuts, with just a little brown sugar. Drizzled with more dark chocolate.

Although this wasn't taken specifically for the assignment I was aware when taking the shot that I was consciously positioning myself to get the most uniform background, without the distractions of kitchen appliances such as toaster and kettle, which were just out of frame to the right.

An experimental shot and I'm not sure I like it. I put my speedlight flat and then placed the pressed orchids directly onto the softbox with just a sheet of paper between. The speedlight was set to 1/128 power.
