Seville, Spain, is 2,000 years old, is approaching 3/4 million population, and is the financial, artistic and cultural capital of southern Spain. Christopher Columbus is buried there. It's motto is: NO8DO, which (very) roughly translated means "It (Seville) has not abandoned me."
It is a truly remarkable, beautiful city, and this tiny corner is but one example.

Another in my series of shots from the wonderful and ancient streets of Cadiz; the streets are full of colour and history - one could get lost in a wonderland of photographic possibilities.

I'm not sure if this guy was part of the crew, or if he was just waiting for the price negotiation process to be completed. Great shoes, and I just can't decide what the look on his face is really saying.

Under a tree ripe with the oranges that grow natively in Seville, and under the watchful eye of their waiter, patrons enjoy a late spring lunch. This is a very happy scene, with lots of laughter and movement (and wine).
