The burial chamber is probably the best known neolithic monument on Anglesey.dating back 5,000 yrs ..It is one of he most evocative archeological sites in Britain. Like other prehistoric tombs on Anglesey it was constructed to protect and pay respect to the remains of the ancestors.

At dawn on midsummer solstice ,shafts of light from the raising sun penetrates down the passageway to light the inner chamber.

I entered this tomb and walked along the passage which leads to a polygonal stone chamber.Free standing inside the chamber is a smooth stone pillar,some 2m (6.6ft) high .....

The beautiful Gogarth Bay .Sat here for a while overlooking North Stack,the redundant fog signal station.
Down below in their safe haven swam atleast seven seals while the cute little white pups sunbathed on the beach ..
